Mill Creek Water Reclamation District Announces Management Change, Publishes 2009 Water Quality Report

The Mill Creek Water Reclamation District this week announced a management change and published the 2009 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report. I have no idea why there was a management change. While the District was nice enough to send an email announcing the change before the letter arrived, they did not respond to my request for more detail. As for the 2009 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report, the short summary is that quality was good and there were no violations. Both letters are reproduced below.
