About Mill Creek
Mill Creek is an award winning Master Planned community in Blackberry Township, Kane County, IL, approximately 40 miles west of Chicago. While not in the city limits of Geneva or Batavia, Mill Creek is largely in the Geneva school district, with a smaller portion in the Batavia school district. Mill Creek covers over 1400 acres approximately 2 miles west of Randall, accessible from Keslinger Road on the north, Fabyan Parkway in the center and Batavia’s Main Street on the south. When fully built out, there will be 2000 homes in various neighborhoods. Over 650 acres (more than 45%) is open space, consisting of 72 acres of parks and 127 acres of wetland preserves.
