Millcreek City Lifestyle is launching its first-ever dine-around campaign this fall, sending participants to featured restaurants over six weeks before a Grand Finale culinary festival at Log Haven in Millcreek Canyon on Sunday, October 11.

The Sip & Savor campaign runs through September and October 2026, according to the event's website at sipandsavormillcreek.com. Among the participating restaurants is Killa Nikkei, a Peruvian-Japanese fusion spot at 279 E. 300 South in Salt Lake City that signed on as an official sponsor.

What Killa Nikkei brings

Nikkei cuisine blends Peruvian ingredients like ají peppers, Andean potatoes, and citrus with Japanese knife techniques and fresh seafood. The restaurant is showcasing four dishes for the dine-around, per a Millcreek City Lifestyle profile published July 23:
